Trader & Legal Information Notice

This notice provides the trader and legal information required by the UK Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002 and the Companies Act 2006 (trading disclosures). If the service is made available in the European Union in future, this notice will be updated to cover the EU Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065, Articles 30–31) and related consumer-information law.

We aim to respond to enquiries as soon as we reasonably can. For privacy requests, safety reports and complaints, see the routes in our Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines and Complaints Policy (section 6).

3. App-store trader declarations (EU)

The Third Connection is not currently distributed to users in the European Union. If it is distributed through the Apple App Store or Google Play to EU users in future, RELAYLANE LABS LTD will act as a trader for the purposes of the EU Digital Services Act, and the details in sections 1–2 of this notice will be provided to Apple and Google for verification and public display on our app-store listings, as those platforms require.

• Ofcom — the UK regulator for online safety under the Online Safety Act 2023: ofcom.org.uk.
• Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) — the UK regulator for consumer protection law: gov.uk/cma.
• We are not a member of any trade association or professional body, and no authorisation scheme applies to the service.

5. Dispute resolution

We are not currently signed up to an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) scheme, and we are not required to be. UK consumers retain their statutory rights, including the right to bring a claim in court, and may contact us via section 2 with any dispute; see also our Complaints Policy. The service is not currently available in the European Union; if that changes, we will state the applicable EU dispute-resolution position here.

7. Where the service is hosted

The Third Connection is operated from the United Kingdom. Our servers are hosted with Amazon Web Services in the AWS eu-west-2 (London, United Kingdom) region. Some service providers we use to run the service (for example payment, email and push-notification providers) may process limited data in other jurisdictions, as described in our Privacy Policy.
